Payment

All trailers must be paid in full prior to pickup. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your build and begin ordering materials. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to pickup or delivery.

Deposits are non-refundable.

How To Purchase

1. Complete our Order Form.

2. We will email you an invoice. Your 50% deposit can be paid securely online. We accept credit/debit cards (4.25% processing fee), ACH transfers, and wire transfers.

3. Once your non-refundable deposit is received, your build will be officially scheduled and materials will be ordered.

4. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to pickup or delivery.

Delivery & Pickup

Pickup is always welcome and can be scheduled upon completion of your trailer.

The majority of our customers are located outside our local area, so we regularly deliver trailers throughout the United States.

We offer delivery at a flat rate of $3.00 per mile (one way).

Smaller trailers are typically transported on a dedicated delivery route by a Full Send Trailer Co. team member. Larger coffee trailers are generally delivered by towing them directly to your location.

Delivery pricing includes fuel, transportation, and dedicated delivery service to your address.

Pickup Deadline

Completed trailers must be picked up within 10 days of completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Shipping, delivery, and pickup arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. We are happy to assist with delivery scheduling when needed.

A storage fee of $35 per day will be charged beginning on the 11th day after completion.

If you choose to arrange your own transportation through a third-party carrier, please ensure they are properly licensed, insured, and reputable.

Titles & Registration

Every trailer is sold with a valid title, making ownership transfer and registration straightforward in all states.

All trailers are road-legal upon completion and ready for registration.

Once final payment has been received, the title may be mailed directly to you with tracking information to help expedite your registration process.
